Summary
On the cusp of the new Sonic the Hedgehog film in 2020, Sega had the mission of introducing Sonic to what would be a new fanbase. Through a collaborative effort with Sega, we received the script and nailed down a style. In four weeks, Stone Watson created and implemented graphic design elements, animated all sequences, recorded voice over, dialed in props and art direction, executed a film shoot with talent, and completed production in time to coincide with the film’s release. Let’s be clear, this was no easy task in the timeframe, but we got it done because that’s how we roll.
